Sebelum ini kerajaan mengumumkan bantuan e-wallet “e-Tunai Belia Rahmah” berjumlah RM200 untuk golongan belia dan mahasiswa bagi memupuk budaya pembayaran tanpa tunai dalam kalangan belia.
